The service

MiraDock hosts browser Games. Creators build and publish Games through an AI agent connected to MiraDock over MCP; Players play them in the browser, where each Game runs in a sandboxed frame. MiraDock provides saves, leaderboards, multiplayer rooms, a Store, tips and a prepaid balance to Games that use them. These terms apply to everyone who uses MiraDock; the Balance terms and Privacy Policy are part of them.

Accounts

You can create an account with an email address and password or with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and under any agent access token you create, and for keeping your credentials and tokens secret. Players can play many Games without an account; saving to leaderboards, adding to a balance, buying, tipping and creating multiplayer rooms need one.

You must give accurate information and must not create accounts to get around a limit, suspension or ban.

The Game SDK, agents and sandboxes

Games use the MiraDock Game SDK, which the platform injects into every Game. A Game is one HTML file of at most 2 MiB after MiraDock removes external scripts; it runs in a sandboxed frame with no network access and reaches the platform only through the SDK. You must not try to get around the sandbox, the SDK's limits or its checks.

Agents act on your behalf with MCP or OAuth access tokens scoped to what you approved. You can revoke a token, and MiraDock may revoke a token that is misused.

An agent can start without an account by registering an anonymous sandbox. A sandbox can hold at most 3 Game drafts and cannot publish, unlist, or configure leaderboards or the Store until it is claimed at /agent/auth/claim with an emailed code. Unclaimed sandbox registrations expire after 14 days by default, and their drafts are deleted 7 days after that.

MiraDock applies rate, write and storage limits (currently 500 MiB of Game files per account) to agent activity and Game creation, and may change them.

Creator content and publishing

You keep ownership of the Games you create. By publishing a Game you give MiraDock permission to host, store, display, run and distribute it to Players, and to show its title, description and cover image in MiraDock listings, for as long as it is published or unlisted on MiraDock.

Each Game must pass MiraDock's Game SDK validation before it is saved. A Game can be a draft, published, or unlisted. You are responsible for your Game, including what it shows, what it sells, and having the rights to everything in it, and for answering reports about it.

If you sell items or accept tips, you describe what Players get honestly, deliver it in the Game, and do not lock core play behind a tip.

Prohibited content

Games, Store items, profiles and anything sent in a room must not:

  • collect Players' passwords, credentials or payment details, or impersonate MiraDock or anyone else;
  • try to break out of the sandbox, attack Players' devices, or interfere with MiraDock or other Games;
  • contain sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against people, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
  • be unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent, including gambling or games of chance played for money or prizes;
  • sell or promote anything on Stripe's list of Prohibited and Restricted Businesses, which is part of these terms.

Player conduct

Do not cheat leaderboards, abuse multiplayer rooms or other Players, interfere with Games or the service, scrape or overload MiraDock, or use MiraDock to break the law. Display names and anything you send in a room must not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.

Multiplayer rooms

A room holds 2 to 16 Players who join with a 6-character code. Players in a room connect directly to each other where they can, which can show your network address to the other Players in that room; if a direct connection fails, MiraDock relays the room's messages instead. Other Players see your display name. Only join rooms with people you are willing to connect to. Rooms close after 30 minutes without activity.

Balance, Store purchases and tips

Players can add prepaid USD credit to a balance through Stripe Checkout and spend it on Store items and on tips for the Game they are playing. A tip is for content the Creator has already provided, and the tip sheet shows how it is split between the Creator and MiraDock. The rules for balances, refunds, disputes, account closure and Creator take rates are in the Balance terms.

Creators set Store items and prices; MiraDock sets the platform fee and processes each transaction. The Store, balance and payouts may be unavailable while MiraDock keeps them switched off.

Creator payouts

Creator earnings are paid to a Stripe Connect account that the Creator sets up with Stripe. Stripe's own terms apply to that account, and Stripe collects the identity, tax and bank details it requires. Payouts are held while the Creator's account is suspended, while the payout account is not active with payouts enabled, or while MiraDock has placed a hold on it. The schedule and minimum are in the Balance terms.

Reports, moderation and suspension

Anyone playing a Game can report a problem with it from its play page, choosing bug, crash, inappropriate, cheating or other; the Game can also open the report form. The Creator sees the report and any technical details you chose to include, but not who you are. You can also report an issue from MiraDock's issue report page or through your agent.

MiraDock reviews reports and may remove or suspend a Game, suspend an account, revoke its access tokens, hold payouts, freeze a balance after a refunded or disputed top-up, or refund purchases. A suspended Game cannot be played; a suspended account is signed out and cannot use MiraDock while the suspension lasts. Actions taken by MiraDock administrators are recorded in an audit log. If you think a decision is wrong, email support@miradock.com.

Termination

You can stop using MiraDock at any time, and you can ask MiraDock to close your account by emailing support@miradock.com. MiraDock may suspend or close an account, or remove Games, that break these terms or put Players, Creators or MiraDock at risk.

When an account is closed, any unused balance is forfeited, as described in the Balance terms, and its Games may be removed. An account with Creator earnings or a payout in progress is closed only after those are settled. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive termination.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what MiraDock stores, which service providers process it, and how to make a request about your data.

Availability and disclaimers

MiraDock is under active development. Features can change, be limited or be withdrawn, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable. Games are made by Creators, not by MiraDock, and MiraDock does not guarantee that any Game works as described or remains available.

To the extent the law allows, MiraDock is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, and MiraDock's liability is limited as far as the law allows.

Changes and contact

MiraDock may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use MiraDock after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@miradock.com.
